• A substitute consultation will be provided at no additional cost.

 Refund:

• A refund can be requested before the scheduled consultation time begins.
• The full amount will be refunded after deducting any applicable administrative fees (if any) and after reviewing the request to ensure that the client has not received the service.

 How to Submit a Request:

• The refunded amount will be processed within 7-21 business days.

 Review and Approval:

•  All requests will be reviewed by our legal team.
• Requests will be responded to within 3 business days from the date of submission.

• No refund will be issued if the consultation has already been provided.
• The replacement and refund policy does not apply to services provided for free or as part of promotional offers.
• This replacement and refund policy applies only to payments made through the website and does not cover any payments for other services or work provided by the company.
• This replacement and refund policy does not apply to any payments made outside the website, even if they are related to services provided by the website.
